The Operating Theatres consist of a suite of 6 operating rooms, with one designated for Emergency case. There is an area for receiving patients pre-operatively and a post aneasthetic Recovery Bay.
Surgical services provided are General Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pediatric Surgery, Urological, Ophthalmic, ENT, Plastic Surgery and Renal Transplantation.

Instrumentation and equipment has been recently upgraded and now features Shampaine tables, Jackson and Andrew spinal tables, Ohmeda Modulus II anaesthetic machines and SpaceLab monitors.

For 1999 the number of elective and emergency cases averaged 520 per month.
