 The
Department of Nursing is composed of a large
multinational workforce deployed on the wards, the
hospital outpatient clinics and the satellite clinics.
The goals of the Nursing Service are:
- To ensure the delivery of efficient,
safe, quality nursing care to all KFAFH
patients/clients.
- To ensure effective utilisation of the nursing staff across the departments.
- To foster an environment that
encourages creativity, motivation and
personal/professional growth in staff members.

The Department of Nursing Education
is committed to provide ongoing staff development programs to maintain, enhance and upgrade current knowledge in the pursuit of excellence within Nursing.
